Gas Safe Certificates must be renewed annually, we can visit each year to perform all the required checks and tests, meaning that you will never be without a valid Gas Safe Certificate.
We issue Gas Safe certificates for all checks carried out and landlords are required to retain records of services and maintenance for two years.
