Epitome of the Work Ethic

I felt that I should drop you a line to let you know how impressed my Mother and I were with the work recently carried out by your company.  She ia 79 and in very frail health, so it could have been a very traumatic time for her.  However, from Steve’s first visit, to the last day when Lee came to finish off the last few bits and bobs, the whole process ran very smoothly.  Lee, Rob and Dan worked so hard and with their politeness and respectfullness I feel that they are an absolute credit to your company.  Lee in particular I found to be an extremely efficient and hard working young man and is the epitomy of the ‘work ethic’.  In this day and age so many firms seem to get bad press, it is nice to be able to go to a local firm who are honest and reliable.  Thank You from Mrs Thomas, Heanor, Derbyshire.
