Very Grateful

Thanks very much for great service last Friday when our boiler stopped working due to frozen condense pipe.  We didn’t expect somebody to sort it out that day, but were very grateful to have a warm house again.  Your engineer showed me how to deal with the problem should it arise again.  Thanks once again, Jenny, March 2018.
